Our Story.
The first Mr. Calzone restaurant opened in downtown Winnipeg, Manitoba, in 2011, thanks to our founder Mr. Mohamad Jumaily. In the years that followed, we have developed a stellar reputation for delivering exceptional calzone with a distinct twist at several locations. Our unique offering positions us strategically in a competitive industry, and we are renowned for our delicious calzones, pizzas, and signature middle eastern appetizers as a result.

Meet the creative mind behind Mr. Calzone, Mohamad Jumaily. After immigrating to Canada, Mr. Jumaily was captivated by the rich tapestry of cultures that define this great nation. Fuelled by a passion for culinary innovation and a desire to bring people together, he embarked on a mission to blend the best of Italian originality with the exotic flavours of the Middle East
